* The total floor area of the apartment was calculated pursuant to applicable legislation (Government Order No. 366/2013 Sb.). This is a total area of all rooms in the apartment, including the floor space of all structural and non-structural systems inside the apartment. The total floor area does not include terraces, loggias, balconies, hard surfaces, and front gardens.
The prices are including VAT. The price mentioned in the above pricelist includes a basement storage booth in case this is part of the unit. The unit price does not include purchase price for parking place.
The prices mentioned in the pricelist are valid until an updated pricelist is published. The seller reserves the rights to alter the pricelist at any time, meaning by the conclusion of a binding reservation agreement with an interested person in written form.
The pre-reservation is a non-binding reservation valid for 3 days. The pre-reservation is not valid until the seller does not confirm in written to the interested person that he/she has made the pre-reservation.
The atelier is a non-residential unit intended for permanent use without a possibility of applying for permanent residence, but with the possibility of VAT deduction.
The period for moving in is a planned period according to the current time-schedule of the construction. The binding deadline shall be specified by agreement.
The term “internal useful area” mentioned on apartment cards is a sum of all floor areas of all rooms in the apartment, i.e. living spaces, kitchenette, bathrooms, WC, storage rooms, halls etc. It does not include surfaces under structural or non-structural walls, protecting walls, sanitary units, terraces, loggias, balconies, hard surfaces, and front gardens.
Energy performance shall be in B class.
