You can buy an apartment incl. accessories using your own resources, or with your own resources and a mortgage according to the payment schedule. The payment schedule is divided into three installments over the duration of the construction of the project.
Contact a real estate agent to get the necessary information, or arrange a personal meeting. You will discuss the detailed terms and conditions of financing the purchase of the real estate and information on arranging a mortgage. We will arrange a preliminary reservation of the apartment chosen by you for a few days in a transparent and friendly manner.
After signing a future purchase contract, you will choose the furnishings of your apartment. Before the apartment is finished, you can come see it. After the final approval, you will be asked to sign the contract.
After you sign the purchase contract, your apartment will be handed over to you. We will submit the purchase to the cadastre of real estate for you, and you will thereby become the rightful owner of your new apartment. Now all you have to do is move in.

- 20% of the purchase price after the signing of the future purchase contract
- 70% of the purchase price during the application for a final building approval
- 10% of the purchase price before the purchase contract is signed
The second option is to use a mortgage loan in the amount of up to 80% of the purchase price of the property.
