the project
The residential project “Byty u parku” consists of a total of eleven apartment buildings for lovers of minimalist, spacious flats. The residence will offer a total of 272 apartments and 2 studios:
27 1+kk apartments
138 2+kk apartments
77 3+kk apartments
21 4+kk apartments
6 duplex 4+kk apartments
2 single room studios
1 5+kk apartment
Thanks to a relatively small number of floors (max. 6 above-ground floors), the residence will elegantly integrate into the surrounding buildings. The diversity of architecture will allow balconies, terraces and gardens to stand out.
The project offers 30 m2 one-room apartments to four-room duplex apartments with an area of over 140 m2. Almost all apartments have either a front garden, balcony, loggia or terrace.
Garages and basements are located on the underground floors and will be assigned to individual apartments. There is also the option of modifying several parking spaces for electric cars.
The whole residence is designed in low-energy standard B.
Architect
of the project
The project “Byty u parku” was designed by the Prague-based architecture studio Architecture Interior Project, which has already designed a number of beautiful and functional residential areas in Prague. The studio’s portfolio includes the building of the Czech Embassy in the United States.
